AI Content Specialist
to work under the guidance of our Marketing/LeadGen Lead. You'll get great coaching and support and be working in a team of people focused on high-performance.

We're a B2B SaaS/PaaS business selling into talent acquisition, talent management, university student admissions and now extending to MSMEs. We serve global brands and our business is category leader in Southeast Asia. Example clients are Telkom Akses, Kereta Api Indonesia, Sampoerna, Kompas Group, NTU, National University of Singapore, Shopee, BCG, Nestle & more. We're remote-first with hubs in Jakarta, Bandung and a presence in Singapore and Australia.

About This Role

As our
AI Content Specialist
you will be responsible for:

  • Produce and manage all copy and design needs across social media, blog, email, website, and campaigns — both for the ASTRNT brand and personal branding of key leaders — to drive lead acquisition.
  • Leverages AI and other emerging tools to streamline ideation, drafting, editing, and testing of content, while building playbooks, prompt libraries, and workflows that enable faster, higher-quality content production.
  • Design, execute, and A/B test content across channels to maximize engagement and conversions.
  • Lead and maintain consistency in brand voice across corporate and personal branding content.
  • Take ownership of driving marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) through multiple methods, ensuring content efforts directly contribute to pipeline growth.

  • Tech-first mindset: comfortable experimenting with AI or new tech to accelerate quality and output (copy, design, even video).
  • Strong execution discipline: manages time, priorities, and deadlines independently in a remote-first setup.
  • Proactively build and maintain strong working relationships with your stakeholders and managers in a remote-first setup by communicating quickly and comprehensively.
  • Good command in English and excellent in Bahasa Indonesia.
  • High integrity and ability to work with low supervision (remote setting).
  • Must use a personal device (Bring Your Own Device), ensuring security and performance compliance.
  • Be able to work from home in an environment free from distractions, attending virtual video meetings
