Who We're Looking For

We're seeking a
highly creative, data-driven, and proactive AI Digital Marketing Expert

to lead our international digital presence and deliver real B2B marketing impact.

You're perfect for this role if you're passionate about:

  • AI tools and content automation (Sora, Midjourney, Runway, ElevenLabs, etc.)
  • Creating short-form videos and motion graphics with storytelling impact
  • Copywriting that drives engagement and conversion
  • Multi-channel marketing (TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X(Twitter), Instagram)
  • Combining
    traditional digital marketing (SEO, organic, email, local community)
    with
    AI-based automation
  • Understanding
    industrial automation, mining, and B2B/B2G marketing

Your Role

  • Develop and execute integrated AI-based digital marketing strategies
  • Create and manage content for both global and Indonesian audiences
  • Produce
    short videos (15–30s)
    using AI tools for social platforms
  • Conduct
    market and trend analysis
    across Indonesia & Southeast Asia
  • Manage
    B2B/B2G marketing channels
    and local community engagement
  • Optimize campaigns across social, email, SEO, and organic platforms
  • Collaborate with UI/UX, product, and tech teams to align brand direction

Must-Haves

  • Proven experience in
    digital/growth/performance marketing
    (B2B preferred)
  • Strong
    portfolio
    in both
    video content
    and
    written campaigns
  • Familiarity with AI creative tools (Sora, Runway, ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.)
  • Languages:
    English + Bahasa Indonesia
    (Mandarin = Big Plus)
  • Understanding of industrial or technology-related marketing
  • On-site full-time availability in Jakarta
  • Positive, curious, and fast learner who thrives in dynamic environments
