Job Title : SME Outbound Sales
Job Summary :
Execute small medium enterprise sales strategies and achieve revenue targets for key SME merchants. Identify, approach, and convert new business opportunities in strategic industries. Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned merchants, including issue handling and performance reviews. Prepare and present commercial proposals, fee schemes, and product solutions. Coordinate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure smooth merchant onboarding and service delivery. Conduct regular business reviews and provide account growth recommendations. Monitor sales pipeline and performance metrics to support forecasting and reporting.
Job Responsibility
:
- Drive lead generation and expand business opportunities with new merchants to support TPT and TPV growth targets.
- Coordinate and ensure a smooth integration and onboarding process for merchant partners.
- Monitor and manage merchant performance to maintain active and productive partnerships.
- Build and sustain strong professional relationships with merchants, banking partners, and other key stakeholders.
- Collect, document, and communicate merchant feedback to support product and service improvement.
- Identify merchant challenges and collaborate with internal teams to provide effective solutions and enhance the overall merchant experience.
- Manage administrative activities related to merchant data, including the preparation of sales proposals and contract documentation.
Job Challenge :

Job Specification :
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economic, communication, or a related field.
- Min. 2 years Experience in B2B or enterprise-level sales, preferably in fintech, banking, or digital payment industries.
- Strong understanding of payment gateway solutions (VA, QRIS, Card Payment, Disbursement, and Wallet).
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills with strong commercial acumen.
- Ability to manage multiple enterprise clients and maintain long-term partnerships.
