About the Job

The Outbound Business Development Representative is responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients through proactive outreach. This role focuses on building a qualified pipeline by researching prospects, initiating contact, and creating opportunities for the sales team. The position requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to generate interest in the company's products and services.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Min. 2-3 years of working experience in any industry, preferably SaaS/Banking/digital product, as Sales/Account Management
  • Able to hunt for leads from events, communities etc
  • Resourceful individual with ability to seek, identify, contact, and thorough follow ups on leads and potential customers
  • Goals (quantitative) and action oriented with a proven track record in meeting targets within the same role in current/previous jobs
  • Understand numbers and able to build up Sales Pipeline
  • A self starter, strong willed and highly persuasive in engaging with potential customers
  • Native in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English both oral and written
  • Willing to be placed outside Jakarta (Per project based)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Salesforce is preferred
  • Coming from specific industry i.e Digital Product (Gaming, Ticketing etc), Logistic, FMCG is a plus point

Responsibilities

  • Be a champion of Xendit to potential customers and build relationships
  • Actively engage with leads to convert into confirmed customers
  • Assist customers with any needs throughout their onboarding process
  • Follow up with new customers to get feedback on their experience with Xendit
  • Win customers to achieve personal and team sales targets
  • Communicate to internal stakeholders on customer's needs and requests
