  1. Develop and expand market opportunities in Indonesia for the following business areas
  2. Base station power & telecom energy solutions
  3. Solar PV systems & distributed energy projects
  4. Data center / IDC infrastructure solutions
  5. Smart meters and smart grid products
  6. Identify and build cooperation with key industry customers, especially with PLN (State Electricity Company)
  7. Data center operators, telecom operators, energy companies
  8. Conduct market research and intelligence gathering, including Tender & project information, Policy & regulatory trends
  9. Competitor analysis and pricing insights
  10. Support marketing & branding activities, including exhibitions, customer visits, technical/marketing presentations, seminars, and promotional events
  11. Assist project coordination by communicating customer requirements with internal technical and commercial teams to support project progress.
  12. Maintain customer relationship and CRM records, update business leads, opportunities, and market reports in a timely manner.

Requirement

Experience or network in any related industry is highly preferred, including:

  1. PLN or power-related business
  2. Data center / cloud / co-location services
  3. Telecom operators / ICT infrastructure
  4. Solar, energy storage, or smart grid projects
  5. Proficient in English (oral & written), able to communicate effectively with overseas teams.
  6. Strong communication, business development and market research abilities, able to work independently and proactively.
  7. Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to travel for customer visits and marketing activities when required.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Familiar with smart meters, solar PV, telecom energy solutions, power infrastructure, or data center equipment
  2. Experience in government/regional projects, tendering/bidding processes, or channel development is a plus
