Role Description

This full-time on-site role is for a PV Engineer based in Jakarta. The PV Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solar photovoltaic (PV) systems. Key duties include conducting feasibility assessments, preparing project documentation, perform PVSyst Simulation, Helioscope, Sketchup, DED, As-Built-Drawing, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and industry regulations. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams, advising on engineering aspects, and supporting project execution from inception to completion.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in PV system design, energy calculations, and related software tools (PVsyst, Helioscope, Sketchup, AutoCAD)
  • Proficiency in electrical and mechanical engineering principles specific to solar energy systems
  • Experience with safety protocols, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance in renewable energy projects
  • Effective communication, team collaboration, and presentation skills
  • Relevant certifications or licenses in the renewable energy or engineering field (beneficial)
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field
  • Familiarity with the Indonesian energy market and regulations is a plus
