Sales Administration

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab

  • Membuat dan mengelola dokumen penawaran proyek (quotation, tender, proposal) untuk proyek-proyek yang dikelola perusahaan.
  • Menyusun dan mengirim surat resmi perusahaan (surat penawaran, surat keterangan, surat konfirmasi, dan korespondensi lainnya) dengan bahasa yang rapi dan profesional.
  • Menghitung biaya impor (freight, bea masuk, PPN, PPh, handling, dll) untuk menentukan harga jual / price list
  • Menyusun dan memperbarui price list produk dan jasa secara berkala.
  • Membuat dan memperbarui Sales Pipeline untuk seluruh produk dan brand yang didistribusikan kantor, termasuk status prospek, peluang proyek, dan target pencapaian.
  • Menghubungi dan berkoordinasi dengan principal / distributor produk terkait update harga, ketersediaan stok, pengiriman, serta dukungan teknis atau promosi.
  • Menuliskan dan mengoordinasikan jadwal Meeting Direksi dan jadwal Training internal tim kantor.
  • Menginput dan memantau data penjualan, PO, dan invoice dalam sistem administrasi.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan tim Sales, Procurement, dan Finance untuk kelancaran proses tender dan proyek.
  • Mengarsipkan seluruh dokumen administrasi dan proyek secara rapi dan terstruktur.
  • Menindaklanjuti status penawaran dan komunikasi dengan pelanggan.
  • Menghitung modal proyek
  • Registrasi vendor dan membuat dokumen tender

Kualifikasi

  • Pendidikan minimal D3 Semua Jurusan
  • Max 30 tahun
  • Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang Sales Administration / Tender / Import Costing
  • Menguasai Bahasa Inggris pasif/aktif menjadi nilai tambah
  • Mampu menggunakan Microsoft Excel (formula harga, pivot, vlookup)
  • Mengerti teknis mejadi nilai lebih
  • Memiliki sikap proaktif, inisiatif yang tinggi serta rasa tanggung jawab.
  • Kemampuan komunikasi lisan dan tulisan yang baik.
  • Teliti, rapi, disiplin, dan mampu bekerja multitasking dengan koordinasi yang baik.
  • Fokus, jujur, komunikatif, rajin, disiplin dan profesionalisme
  • Memiliki komitmen, motivasi kerja tinggi dan berprestasi, ramah, mampu bekerja secara tim maupun mandiri
  • Bekerja Profesional dengan membagi waktu yang baik untuk Pekerjaan, Keluarga dan kehidupan pribadi lainnya
  • Hari kerja kantor : Senin - Jumat dan Sabtu per 2 Minggu
