Job Description

  • Melakukan pemantauan dan analisa melalui sistem/aplikasi :
  • Transaction Monitoring System (Actimize)
  • Cash Transaction Report
  • Sistem lainnya yang berkaitan dengan Program APU & PPT.
  • Mempersiapkan dan melaksanakan pelaporan kepada PPATK sesuai dengan ketentuan perundang-undangan yang berlaku antara lain :
  • Laporan Transaksi Keuangan Mencurigakan (LTKM)
  • Laporan Transaksi Keuangan Tunai (LTKT)
  • Laporan Transaksi Keuangan Transfer Dana dari dan ke Luar Negeri (LTKL)
  • Sistem Informasi Pengguna Jasa Terpadu (SIPESAT)
  • Melakukan analisa awal atas transaksi nasabah yang tidak sesuai dengan profil, karakteristik, atau kebiasaan pola transaksi.
  • Membuat dan melakukan update data statistik terkait pemantauan transaksi nasabah.
  • Melakukan tata kelola/administrasi penggunaan sistem/aplikasi pemantauan transaksi nasabah dengan melakukan koordinasi dengan seluruh Pejabat Pelaksana APU dan PPT di kantor cabang dan unit-unit terkait lainnya.
  • Melakukan korespondensi dengan seluruh fungsi kerja terkait di Kantor Pusat maupun Kantor Cabang terkait dengan implementasi APU & PPT.
  • Melakukan Mapping terhadap seluruh informasi/berita yang berkembang di media massa terkait dengan APU dan PPT.
  • Mempersiapkan data/informasi atas permintaan dari pihak yang berwenang/regulator terkait dengan penerapan APU dan PPT seperti Otoritas Jasa Keuangan, PPATK maupun Penegak Hukum lainnya dan memastikan tata kelola/administrasi seluruh dokumen yang terkait.
  • Melakukan proses penatausahaan di fungsi kerja AML/CFT & Sanctions atas seluruh laporan, surat, nota serta korespondensi lainnya dilakukan dengan benar.
  • Melakukan tugas-tugas lainnya yang terkait dengan fungsi kepatuhan atau yang diberikan oleh AML/CFT & Sanctions Head, AML-Surveillance and Operations Head dan Direktur yang membawahkan Fungsi Kepatuhan.
