About the Role

As an Event and Partnership Intern, you'll support Amartha's initiatives by assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of various internal and external events. You'll also help manage day-to-day partnership activities and ensure smooth communication between Amartha and its partners. This role is perfect for the person who are passionate about events, communications, and collaboration.

Job Description
  • Support the planning, coordination, and operational execution of Amartha events.
  • Assist in communicating and liaising with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure event needs are met.
  • Help manage event logistics, including venue preparation, materials, and documentation.
  • Support partnership initiatives by maintaining databases, tracking deliverables, and assisting with follow-ups.
  • Contribute ideas to improve event engagement and partnership effectiveness.
  • Prepare post-event reports, documentation, and feedback summaries.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated from Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Experience organizing campus or community events (as committee or project member) is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Detail oriented, proactive, and able to multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively with cross functional teams.
  • Familiar with basic tools such as Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
