Fokus Utama: Pencapaian Target dan Strategi Penjualan

Tugas inti seorang Team Leader adalah memastikan bahwa tim penjualan mencapai dan melampaui target yang ditetapkan oleh dealer atau perusahaan.

  • Memimpin dan Mengelola Tim: Secara langsung memimpin dan mengelola tim sales sepeda motor yang berada di bawahnya untuk mencapai target penjualan unit dan kontribusi bulanan.
  • Menyusun Strategi Penjualan Harian/Mingguan: Merancang strategi dan aktivitas penjualan yang efektif di area penempatan (misalnya, strategi canvassing, pameran, atau showroom event).
  • Memastikan Pencapaian Target: Mengawasi secara ketat kinerja harian setiap anggota tim (salesman) untuk memastikan target penjualan individu dan tim terpenuhi.
  • Mencari Prospek dan Area Baru: Bertanggung jawab untuk membuka pasar baru atau mencari salesman baru untuk memenuhi kuota tim, serta berkoordinasi dalam kegiatan mencari prospek (prospecting) pelanggan.
  • Memantau Proses Penjualan: Memastikan semua tahapan penjualan, mulai dari pencarian prospek hingga proses administrasi dan pembayaran (Account Receivable/AR), berjalan lancar dan sesuai standar.
