Today, We are seeking a Drafter PBG

Requirements:

• Holds a valid professional certification (STRA, SKA, or any equivalent license)
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in designing real estate and tourism businesses
• Good communication with external institutions and the internal team across dept
• Proven experience in preparing documentation for PBG (Persetujuan Bangunan Gedung) and SLF (Sertifikat Laik Fungsi), and successfully obtaining them
• Strong knowledge of local building codes and Bali local regulations
• A portfolio is required
• Completed projects are required (please include details in your portfolio)

Main Responsibilities:

• Draft architectural and/ or structural designs according to User needs and technical standards
• Develop technical drawings and construction documentation
• Collaborate with construction, civil, MEP, and legal teams to ensure design accuracy and implementation
• Conduct field visits to ensure conformity of drawings
• Revise designs based on site conditions or User feedback
• Prepare progress reports
• Ensure all designs comply with local regulations and safety standards
