We are looking for an Administrative Staff to support our daily operations at Above & Beyond.

This role focuses on managing schedules, documentation, and internal coordination to ensure therapy sessions and office activities run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage therapy schedules and client attendance in coordination with Behavioral Therapists and Supervisors.
  2. Maintain and organize client data, progress reports, and therapy documentation.
  3. Handle general office administration, filing, procurement records, etc.
  4. Coordinate communication between the therapy team, supervisors, and management.
  5. Prepare weekly and monthly administrative reports.
  6. Support internal meetings, training sessions, and team activities from an administrative standpoint.
  7. Support event and workshop

Qualifications

  1. Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
  2. At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role (preferably in education, therapy, or child services).
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  4. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask under deadlines
  5. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Empathetic and comfortable working in a child-focused environment.
