Job Summary
:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer with a strong background in automation, switchgear, and generator control systems. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and a solid technical understanding of electrical engineering solutions. This role will be responsible for driving sales growth, building relationships with key clients, and providing technical expertise to support our solutions.

Key Responsibilities
:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the control system (PLC/SCADA/DCS), switchgear, and generator control sectors.
  • Provide technical consultation to clients, understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and reports to customers.
  • Collaborate with the internal engineering team to tailor solutions based on customer requirements.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's business development strategy.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the industry.

Qualifications
:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of sales experience in the field of automation, switchgear, or generator control systems.
  • Strong technical knowledge in electrical systems, control systems, and automation technologies.
  • Proven ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions accordingly.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to communicate in English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred Skills
:

  • Familiarity with market trends in electrical automation and control systems.
  • Experience in handling large-scale projects and tenders.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
