Hi All,

We are currently looking for an
experienced HR Generalist
to join our client based in BSD Tangerang

Requirement:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, or related field.
  2. Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Operations.
  3. Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and HR administration.
  4. Familiar with Indonesian labor regulations, including employment contracts, BPJS, and basic payroll.
  5. Experienced in managing employee databases and using HRIS systems.
  6. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  7. Willing to work on-site in BSD Tangerang and able to work both independently and in a team.

Job Description:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering.
  • Handle HR administration such as employment contracts, onboarding, transfers, and offboarding.
  • Maintain employee data, attendance records, and ensure accuracy within the HRIS system.
  • Support payroll activities (attendance data, overtime, salary changes, and benefits).
  • Manage BPJS Health, BPJS Employment, and other employee benefits administration.
  • Handle employee relations, respond to inquiries, and ensure effective HR communication.
  • Prepare HR reports and support the implementation of HR policies, SOPs, and various HR programs.
