Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role based in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Bekasi for the Marketing Head - New Motorcycle division. The Marketing Head will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans, conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities, and leading teams to execute marketing initiatives. The role involves collaborating with sales teams, managing brand communication, and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to expand the company's market presence.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Market Planning and Marketing Management, with a proven ability to design and execute effective strategies.
  • Strong skills in Market Research to analyze trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes.
  • Proficiency in Sales and Public Relations, including the ability to drive revenue growth and maintain positive relationships with partners.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree (advantage Marketing, Business) or a related field.
  • Experience in the automotive or motorcycle industry is highly advantageous.
