Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily operations and maintenance production equipment, utilities, and facilities.
  • Plan, schedule, and assign work to technicians and engineering staff.
  • Monitor equipment performance and implement preventive maintenance programs.
  • Lead troubleshooting efforts to diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions and system failures.
  • Maintain compliance with safety regulations, GMP standards, and company policies.
  • Provide technical training and guidance to junior team members.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and engineering projects.
  • Collaborate with external contractors and vendors to ensure timely project execution.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the FMCG industry.
  • Extensive hands on experience in Preventive Maintenance (TPM).
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and strict attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of machinery, utilities, and industrial equipment.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and experience in Continuous Improvement (CI).
  • Willing to work in shifts
  • Willing to be placed in Bandung.
