PPIC Supervisor – Textile Warehouse Operations (Makloon)

Placement: Warehouse GMJ, Bandung

Job Description

The PPIC Supervisor manages day-to-day warehouse and makloon operations for
greige and polyester textile
materials. This role ensures accurate planning, stock control, and coordination between the warehouse and partner factories, while monitoring production progress and material flow according to customer orders.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, monitor, and control daily stock levels of
    greige fabric, polyester materials, and related textile components
    .
  • Coordinate material delivery and pickup between the warehouse and makloon vendors.
  • Conduct regular visits to partner factories to check material usage, WIP status, and ensure production timelines are met.
  • Track and update
    Work In Progress (WIP)
    , incoming materials, and finished goods from makloon suppliers.
  • Ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage of
    greige rolls, polyester fabric, and finished items
    in the warehouse.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in the system and prepare daily/weekly reports.
  • Communicate production priorities, delivery schedules, and stock requirements to internal teams.
  • Collaborate with Purchasing, QC, and Logistics to resolve material shortages, production delays, or discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs for greige and polyester material handling.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, Supply Chain, or related fields.
  • 3–5 years of experience
    in PPIC, warehouse operations, or material planning
    in the textile industry
    , specifically dealing with
    greige and/or polyester fabrics
    .
  • Understands
    makloon workflows, production lead times, and textile supply chain
    .
  • Strong analytical ability in material monitoring, WIP tracking, and production scheduling.
  • Proficient in Excel/Spreadsheet and ERP/stock control systems.
  • Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to manage multiple vendor timelines.
  • Good communication and coordination skills with external partners.
  • Willing to travel to makloon factories around Bandung and nearby regions.
  • Supervisory or team leadership experience is a plus.
