Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing production operations, ensuring compliance with standards, formulas, and plans per shift. Monitors and records defects and waste, manages waste risks, and ensures accurate, timely reporting of production and waste.

Requirement

  1. Minimum education Diploma Degree (D3) in Industrial Engineering/Food Technology, or another related field.
  2. Minimum 1 year of experience in Production Supervisor/ Production Leader or another similar position in the food or pharmaceutical industry.
  3. Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Halal Assurance System (SJH), and ISO HACCP).
  4. Strong leadership, management, and communication skills.
  5. Willing to work in shifts.
  6. Willing to be placed in Kopo-Katapang or Rancaekek Plant, Bandung Regency
