About the Social Media Marketing Executive role

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation

• Be creative with your ideas in developing engaging social media content for our audiences
• Stay updated with the latest trends and create content that keeps us ahead of the curve
• Be the face of the brand — appear on camera for social media content, videos, and campaigns
• This role is primarily based in our Bali office, with occasional visits to villas for on-site video shoots.
• Capture and showcase our beautiful villas through engaging visuals and storytelling
• Use Canva and/or Photoshop to design engaging posts
• Edit videos using video editing software or in-app tools
• Reach out to content creators to feature their work on our social media channels, ensuring proper credits
• Be our go-to guide on the latest cafes/hot spots in Bali and beyond
• Brainstorm creative content ideas that help us stand out from the competition, using insights from customer reviews
• Support ads content creation — from carousels to short videos — based on campaign briefs

Social Media Management

• Manage social media platforms including, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok and YouTube to build brand awareness and engage audiences
• Develop tailored strategies for each platform on its unique audience and content style
• Engage with our community — respond to comments and enquiries in a timely, friendly manner
• Monitor key performance metrics and analyse trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Prepare regular reports on engagement, reach, and content performance
• Stay informed on the latest developments in social media marketing and advertising, especially within the travel and lifestyle space

Affiliate Marketing

• Research and identify influencers for collaboration opportunities
• Draft influencer contracts based on agreed terms and conditions
• Coordinate influencer stays, ensuring the right villa match and timely delivery of agreed content

AI Video Content Creation

• Develop AI-generated videos that align with campaign themes and brand guidelines
• Create effective prompts for AI tools to produce videos optimized for social media and digital platforms

About You:

• 2+ years of experience managing social media accounts for a brand
• 1+ year of experience working with influencers and managing collaborations
• Strong understanding of engagement metrics and KPIs
• A great eye for photography, composition, design, and what looks appealing online
• Familiarity with social media scheduling tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Later
• Excellent proofreading and editing skills (or openness to using AI tools to assist)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively
• In-depth understanding of social media platforms and their algorithm updates
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
• Friendly, passionate about travel and lifestyle, and excited to connect with people through content

Salary: IDR 7,000,000 – 8,000,000

Interview Process:

• Selected applicants will be contacted for a brief phone interview
• Shortlisted candidates will complete a 2-day social media content task.
• Second interview to discuss the case study and assess fit.
• Final round with the Manager to confirm details and availability.
