A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking to hire a Social Media and Content Specialist based in Bali to manage social media content for top clients in Bali. The successful candidate will have a strong background in producing engaging and creative social media across planning, strategy, and media.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Be responsible for creating social media campaigns and content; from observing trends and references, brainstorming, and planning to execution (including schedule and post).
  • Monitor and continuously improve social media analytics and provide reports and insights to optimize content and engagement strategies.
  • Monitor and manage social media, including scheduling and publishing posts, responding to comments and messages, and engaging with the online community.
  • Collaborate with other department teams to create and implement social media campaigns.
  • Stay current with social media trends and implement innovative strategies to drive growth and engagement.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE GREAT IN THIS ROLE:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • At least 1 year of experience in social media management.
  • A willingness to learn new skills and keeping up with the pace of digital innovation.
  • Strong team player with a proactive attitude.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and aesthetics.
  • Strong analytical abilities to read, interpret, and utilize data and develop actionable points for optimization and/or experimentation.
  • Digital marketing knowledge is a plus.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Communication or any related major.
  • Moderate devices and internet connection to support WFA working setting.
