About the role

As the Social Media Supervisor at De Acqua Property, you will play a vital role in driving the company's digital marketing strategy and elevating its online presence. In this full-time position based in the stunning location of Bali, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company's social media channels to engage with our target audience and achieve our marketing objectives.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that supports the company's overall marketing and business objectives.
  2. Create, curate, and manage engaging, on-brand content across multiple platforms — including Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok.
  3. Plan, manage, and optimise digital advertising campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and TikTok Ads, ensuring strong ROI and alignment with marketing goals.
  4. Monitor, analyse, and report on social media and digital campaign performance, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve results.
  5. Collaborate closely with the broader marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging and cohesive campaign execution across all channels.
  6. Stay current with social media trends, advertising innovations, best practices, and platform updates to continuously optimise performance and engagement.
  7. Lead and mentor the social media team by providing direction, feedback, and professional support to foster growth and excellence.
  8. Innovate and explore new opportunities to expand our social media reach, drive higher engagement, increase website traffic, and generate qualified leads.

What we're looking for

  1. 3-5 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related field
  2. Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns that drive measurable results
  3. Excellent writing and content creation skills, with a keen eye for design and visual storytelling
  4. Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and best practices across various platforms
  5. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  6. Familiarity with social media management tools, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer
  7. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
