Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their investment objectives, and offering tailored financial solutions. Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, managing client portfolios, meeting sales targets, and staying informed about market trends. The role also requires collaborating with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality service and maintaining compliance with financial regulations.

Qualifications

  • Strong relationship-building, client management, and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of financial products and services, investment strategies, and market trends
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both verbal and written formats
  • Ability to perform market research, analyze data, and provide actionable insights
  • Proficiency in financial tools, trading platforms, and general office software
  • Ability to work on-site full-time in Jakarta, Indonesia
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
  • Proven track record in sales or financial advisory is a strong advantage
