LI-DNI Customer Lifecycle Management Manager

- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle across onboarding, activation, habit loops, referrals, churn prevention, and resurrection
- Build and execute data-driven CLM journeys across PN, Email, WhatsApp, and in-app surfaces
- Own segmentation & persona journeys (e.g., investor vs trader)
- Design, launch, and measure A/B experiments to improve key funnel metrics
- Collaborate with Product and Data Science to build propensity, cross-sell, and churn models
- Create playbooks and SOPs for lifecycle optimization
- Monitor channel performance and ensure disciplined frequency, hygiene, and prioritization
- Track and report lifecycle ROI, payback period, and impact contribution to OKRs
- Identify gaps in user journeys and propose high-impact lifecycle interventions
- Partner with Growth Pods (Investments, Alpha, Money) to support product adoption and depth
- 5–7 years of experience in CLM, Growth Marketing, CRM, or Lifecycle Ops
- Hands-on experience with lifecycle tools (CleverTap, Braze, MoEngage, Mixpanel, or equivalent)
- Strong data and analytical skills (segmentation, funnel analysis, basic SQL)
- Proven experience designing & executing experiments (A/B/n, significance, uplift analysis)
- Experience building multi-step lifecycle journeys across channels
- Strong collaboration skills with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Marketing teams
- Outcome-oriented, structured thinking, and comfort with fast iteration
- Fintech or marketplace experience is a plus, but not required
