Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and manage cloud architectures on AWS and/or AliCloud.
  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to understand their requirements and translate them into cloud-based architectural designs and strategies.
  • Design, build, and implement secure, reliable, and scalable cloud solution architectures across AWS and or Alibaba Cloud ensuring high performance, availability, and resilience.
  • Develop and maintain best practices, standards, and guidelines for cloud architecture, security, and governance, following industry standards and compliance regulations.
  • Lead the evaluation, selection, and integration of third-party tools and services that complement and enhance the cloud architecture.
  • Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and security teams to architect, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration with existing on-premises systems.
  • Define and implement cloud migration strategies, including assessment, planning, and execution, to migrate on-premises applications and workloads to the cloud environment.
  • Automate cloud infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and orchestration using infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools and technologies.
  • Monitor and optimize cloud resources to maximize cost-effectiveness while meeting performance and scalability requirements.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of IT experience with strong cloud architecture exposure.
  • Proven experience as a Cloud Architect, with expertise in designing and implementing complex cloud solutions across AWS and Ali Cloud
  • In-depth understanding of cloud computing concepts, including infrastructure, networking, storage, and security principles.
  • Strong knowledge of AWS and Ali Cloud services, and offerings.
  • Proficiency in developing cloud architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and presentations.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing cloud-based solutions using infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools such as CloudFormation, Terraform, or ARM templates.
  • Solid understanding of DevOps practices, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Candidates must be based in Jakarta.
