While driving the digitalization of retail, medical, education, transportation and other industries, CSIG helps companies serve users in smarter ways, building a new ecosystem of intelligent industries that connect users and businesses.What the Role EntailsTencent Cloud is looking for a fresh graduate with strong technical aptitude and a passion for cloud technologies to join our team as an IaaS Associate Cloud Architect, supporting the Indonesia market. In this role, you will gain practical exposure to cloud infrastructure solutioning, customer engagement, and cross-regional project collaboration. You will be based in Shenzhen headquarters for the first 6 months as part of our onboarding and training programme, before supporting our regional initiatives. Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing and delivering cloud infrastructure solutions for clients across the Indonesia market, focusing on Tencent Cloud's IaaS and computing offerings.
  • Participate in requirement gathering, proposal drafting, solution architecture, and technical deep-dives under the guidance of senior architects.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and delivery teams to support the deployment and implementation of public cloud and hybrid cloud projects.
  • Draft and maintain solution architecture documentation, client-facing technical guides, and deployment playbooks.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and industry research to support product and go-to-market strategy.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and best practice building for cloud adoption across industries.
Who We Look For
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, with graduation completed in year 2024–2025.
  • Comfortable to be based in Shenzhen for the first 6 months for onboarding training and project immersion.
  • Solid foundation in cloud computing, including compute, storage, networking, containers, and databases. Strong understanding of IaaS architecture is essential.
  • Familiarity with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or DeepSpeed is a plus.
  • Excellent technical writing and visual communication skills for presenting solutions.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required; Chinese proficiency is a strong plus for collaboration with internal teams.
