Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Cloud Engineer role, located in Jakarta. The Cloud Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, monitoring, and managing cloud-based systems to support the company's IT infrastructure and application development needs. Daily tasks include collaborating with teams to integrate cloud solutions, maintaining and optimizing cloud-based environments, addressing technical challenges, and ensuring scalability, security, and performance.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years experience as Cloud Engineer / Cloud Ops / Junior Cloud Architect
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services (compute, storage, networking basics)
  • Familiar with Huawei Cloud is a strong plus
  • Understand basic cloud commercial concepts (pricing model, cloud calculator, cost estimation)
  • Good troubleshooting mindset and willingness to learn.
  • Comfortable working
    on-site (WFO)

Nice to have

  • Cloud certifications (AWS / Huawei)
  • Experience supporting production environments
  • Exposure to presales or customer-facing technical discussions
