Internship - Growth & Delivering Aon United (Starting Dec 2025)

This internship program is designed to provide undergraduates with meaningful opportunities through participation in projects, learning and networking sessions to gain insights and valuable professional skills into the insurance broking industry.

What the day will look like

1. Growth Projects - Support initiatives aimed at driving business expansion. Tasks may include:

• Tracking Sales Campaigns: Monitoring performance and progress of ongoing sales initiatives.
• Creating or Editing Sales Materials: Assisting in the development or refinement of promotional content.
• Contributing Ideas for Events & Marketing: Brainstorming and suggesting new event concepts or marketing strategies.
• Collaborating with Regional Marketing: Coordinating with the regional team to align local efforts with broader marketing goals.

2. Client Projects - Assist in efforts focused on client retention and growth. Responsibilities may involve:

• Tracking Client Campaigns: Keeping tabs on client-focused initiatives and their outcomes.
• Developing Aon ID Credentials: Helping build or manage client credentials within the Aon ID system.
• Supporting Client Terms & Growth Efforts: Assisting with documentation and initiatives that contribute to client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

3. Delivering Aon United (DAU) & Innovation - Contribute to fostering a culture of innovation and engagement within the team. Activities may include:

• Supporting DAU Colleague Initiatives
• Participating in Innovation Projects: Assisting in projects that drive business improvement or transformation.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of marketing and sales concepts.
• Creative approach with a proactive attitude.
• Detail-oriented and organized in handling tasks.
• Team player with a collaborative approach.
