Social Media Operations Specialist

Through your strategic, creative social media storytelling, empower users to discover how a smartphone can truly elevate and enrich their daily lives.

Job Description
  • Plan, execute, and optimize integrated digital campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other emerging channels.
  • Support new product launches with end-to-end campaign planning and rollout.
  • Oversee creation and scheduling of compelling content that reflects brand identity, delivers software values and resonates with target audiences.
  • Monitor online communities, respond to inquiries, and maintain positive sentiment.
  • Schedule daily posts, stories, and reels that help users better understand the benefits of smartphone software features (such as Dynamic Island by iOS, Cirecle to Search by Android, etc).
  • Work closely with regional marketing and sales teams, as well as the Global Head Office, to align messaging and ensure consistent execution across all channels.
What are we looking for
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills to cooperate with global teams from different functions.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English. Chinese speaker is preferred.
  • Thorough understanding of all major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest etc).
  • A creative mindset and willingness to think outside the box to create engaging content, while having a high level of attention to detail.
  • Fast learner with an ability to adapt techniques based on requirements.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
  • Hands-on experience in social media operations, familiar with content styles and platform operations in the Telecommunication industry.
