Job Description
As a National Sales Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives in GT market.
- Leading and managing the sales team across all regions in Indonesia.
- Monitoring sales performance and ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Identifying and exploring new market opportunities within the FMCG industry.
- Conducting market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competition.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to create impactful campaigns.
- Preparing and presenting sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
The Successful Applicant
A successful National Sales Manager should have:
- A strong background in sales, particularly within the FMCG industry.
- Proven 5-10 years of leadership skills to manage and inspire a sales team especially in GT Market.
- Excellent understanding of market trends and consumer behaviour in Indonesia.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
- The ability to develop and execute strategic plans effectively.
- A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
- Proficiency in using sales tools and software for reporting and analysis.
