Responsibilities

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Prospect call preparation including company background research and other pertinent lead information
  • Identify customer's buying trends and provide reports to management
  • Enter, update, and maintain information on leads, prospects, and opportunities

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  2. Previous experience in the technology or networking industry is preferable
  3. Fluent in English both oral and written
  4. Has basic knowledge in IT products, preferably in networking & wireless telecommunication, CCTV, surveillance
  5. Proactive, strong skills in communication, customer satisfaction and service
  6. Detail-oriented especially for administrative duties
  7. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Job Description:

  1. Building customer relationships
  2. Understanding of the company's products and effectively communicate the value and address customer inquiries
  3. Pursue new sales opportunities through various channels
  4. Guide customers through the sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal
  5. Exceed sales targets and quotas, contributing to overall sales team goals
  6. Address customer issues and resolve any challenges that arise during the sales process
  7. Provides essential administrative support to a sales team
