Job Description

We are looking for a Social Media & Digital Support Assistant to support day-to-day digital operations across multiple brands. This role works closely with the brand owner and covers social media execution, content support, KOL coordination, performance tracking, and basic administrative tasks. Ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple operational responsibilities.


Key Responsibilities
  • Support daily social media operations (Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms as needed)
  • Assist in content creation (basic design, video editing, and copy support)
  • Schedule posts, stories, and short-form videos according to content calendars
  • Organize and manage content assets (footage, drafts, captions, folders)
  • Monitor comments, DMs, and basic community engagement (as assigned)
  • Assist in KOL / influencer research, outreach support, and coordination
  • Support analytics, performance tracking, and simple reporting
  • Handle basic administrative tasks related to digital and social media operations
  • Support trend research and content ideas

Requirements
  • Interest in social media, digital marketing, and online brand operations
  • Familiar with Instagram & TikTok formats
  • Basic skills in tools such as Canva, CapCut, Google Sheets, or similar
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and responsive
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Prior experience is a plus, but fresh graduates are welcome

Work Arrangement
  • Monday – Friday: Full working days
  • Saturday: Hybrid (on-site only if needed)
  • Must be available to be contacted on Saturdays for light operational needs
  • Sunday & Public Holidays: Off (unless otherwise communicated)
