As a
Social Media Officer
, you will serve as the digital "voice" and "face" of TIKI Surabaya. You will be responsible for crafting content strategies, building audience engagement, and ensuring the company's image remains positive and relevant across various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and manage monthly content calendars for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
  • Develop creative, educational, and entertaining content concepts that are relevant to the logistics industry and current viral trends.
  • Formulate strategies to drive
    Brand Awareness
    and traffic to TIKI Surabaya's services.
  • Produce engaging visual content (photos/simple graphic design) and audio-visual content (Short videos/Reels/TikTok).
  • Conduct on-site content capture (photography/videography) covering operational activities, promotions, or company events.
  • Craft persuasive, communicative, and on-brand copywriting/captions.
  • Act as the responsive front-line administrator in handling comments and Direct Messages (DM) regarding service inquiries, tariff information, and initial complaint handling.
  • Foster active engagement with followers to improve the overall engagement rate.
  • Monitor social media performance regularly using analytic tools (Insights/Analytics).
  • Prepare monthly reports detailing account growth, reach, and engagement to evaluate and improve future strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team to promote discount programs, new services, or company events effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Communication, Visual Communication Design (DKV), Marketing, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience managing business/corporate social media accounts.
  • Must be domiciled in Surabaya to understand local trends and context.
  • Proficiency in mobile editing tools (Canva, CapCut, VN) and Adobe Creative Suite or Corel Draw.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok algorithms.
  • Creative, up-to-date with social media trends, and possesses strong copywriting skills.
