In this role, you'll collaborate with the Corporate Communication and Talent Acquisition teams to bring our company culture to life through engaging content across all social media platforms. You'll play a key role in shaping how people see and feel about our brand as an employer.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮'𝐥𝐥 𝐃𝐨:

  • Support the creation of employer branding campaigns and fresh content ideas for social media.

  • Collaborate with the Corporate Communication team to align messaging with company values and tone.

  • Assist in content planning, production, and scheduling across multiple platforms.

  • Be part of video/photo content — we love people who are confident and enjoy being in front of the camera

  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends and propose creative ways to attract top talent.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞'𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫:

  • A final student majoring in Communication, Marketing, or related field.

  • Passionate about content creation, social media, and employer branding.

  • Creative thinker with strong storytelling and visual sense.

  • Easy-going, confident, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.

  • Experience or familiarity with social media management tools

Placement: Head Office (Sidoarjo)

Duration: 6 months internship (full WFO)
