Caring Center Operations Manager

Job Description Summary:
Responsible for ensure day-to-day operations in caring center (analyzing data, generating reports, and identifying trends to support management and operational teams in improving business performance) are executed in timely and insightful manner. The role also responsible to continuously improve the operations and work with senior data analyst to product manager to enhance the overall performance
Job Description:
Operational Management : Oversee 24/7 monitoring, implement best practices, and ensure timely incident detection and resolution
Data Monitoring & Analysis : Develop standard for Caring Center data analyst operations, ensure data & report accuracy before submission, and work with related parties to resolve if any issues
Reporting & Visualization : Develop standard for dashboards and reports to effectively communicate key metrics and findings. And ensure the team adheres to the agreed standard
Insights & Decision Support : Generate and present data-driven insights to stakeholders for informed decision-making.
Issue Identification & Escalation : Detect and communicate critical issues based on data analysis.
Collaboration & Alignment : Work with Estate/Mill Managers and cross-functional teams to understand business needs and reporting requirements.
Process Optimization : Identify opportunities to enhance data processes and reporting efficiency.
Continuous Learning : Stay updated on operation trends and advancements in reporting and analytics.
Job Requirements:
Min Bachelor Degree in Agronomy, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field from reputable University.
At least 3+ years experience in operations, and/or continuous improvement, and/or CEO Office.
Have1-2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Skilled in data analysis - proficient in data analysist tools and visualization is a plus
Preferably having knowledge and experience in palm oil industry, especially in plantation.
