Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Leasing Coordinator based in Kelurahan Jatisampurna. The Leasing Coordinator is responsible for managing lease agreements, fostering client relationships, assisting with property management tasks, and ensuring excellent customer service in all interactions. Daily tasks include coordinating with tenants, maintaining accurate records, supporting administrative duties, and collaborating with the internal team to meet leasing goals and uphold the mall's operational standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to build relationships and effectively address inquiries or concerns
  • Experience in managing Leases and Property Management processes
  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance, including document management and organizational tasks
  • Attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and problem-solving skills
  • Prior experience in real estate, leasing, or mall management is beneficial
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and a professional level of English
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real
