Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience or similar role
- Experienced with HRIS
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks with tight deadline
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive decision-making
- Willing to WFO & Join ASAP
Responsibility :
- Operations Administrative
: Manage comprehensive employee documentation systems with high security and privacy standards while optimizing the utilization of HRIS to ensure operational excellence. - Compensation & Benefit
: Develop and implement job grading structures and salary scales aligned with market compensation surveys, while managing payroll and employee benefits accurately and promptly - Legal Compliance
: Draft and maintain employment agreements and partnership contracts, including their derivatives, conduct regular updates, and ensure employee compliance with applicable work regulations, as well as manage company licenses and intellectual property rights. - Employee Relation
: Foster and maintain harmonious industrial relations with all employees while resolving employment issues professionally and equitably. - General Affairs
: Manage office assets and facilities, including daily cleanliness, regular maintenance, inventory control, stock opname, and fulfillment of office facility needs.
