About the Role

Luxfeline Global Technology is seeking a skilled and proactive E-Commerce Manager to oversee and grow our online business across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end e-commerce operations — from strategy and campaign planning to performance optimization and team coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and operate company stores across TikTok Shop, Shopee, Tokopedia, and other e-commerce platforms.
  • Develop and execute online sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic and conversion.
  • Oversee campaign planning, content coordination, product listings, pricing, and promotions.
  • Monitor daily sales performance, traffic data, and customer engagement; provide analytical insights for improvement.
  • Coordinate with marketing, creative, and live streaming teams to align activities with brand goals.
  • Manage product uploads, inventory accuracy, and after-sales performance.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience managing e-commerce stores (TikTok, Shopee, Tokopedia).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, traffic analytics, and online sales funnel.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in English (mandatory); Mandarin skill is an advantage.
  • Highly organized, data-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Able to work independently and lead cross-functional coordination.
