Responsibilities

  • Minimum Master's degree in economics and business/applied economics/environmental economics/related field.
  • Professional experience in economic research, particularly sectoral analysis, from research institutions and financial institutions for at least 10 years.
  • Understanding of economics, particularly in the sectoral field, particularly infrastructure and/or the environment.
  • Demonstrated competence in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies relevant to sectoral analysis.
  • Experience writing research reports, policy papers, or scientific publications.
  • Ability to develop research-based strategic insights to support corporate decisions.
  • Ability to lead and collaborate with research teams.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in Indonesian and English for internal and external coordination and dissemination of research results.
  • High integrity, results-oriented, and analytically sound.
  • Ability to plan work, manage team workloads, and monitor performance.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple research projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to problem-solve and make data-driven decisions.
  • Able to build professional networks (networking) with research institutions, government, international financing institutions, and academics.
