Job Title: Sales Supervisor (International Market – Cleaning Equipment)

Location: Jakarta, Indonesia

Salary: IDR 15,000,000 – 20,000,000 per month

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to lead and expand our international market for cleaning equipment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new overseas customers, maintaining existing partnerships, and strengthening the company's brand presence in global markets. Candidates with strong Chinese and English communication skills will be prioritized.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain overseas markets and customer relationships to increase brand influence.

  • Independently handle international business negotiations, contract signing, and order follow-ups to ensure smooth execution.

  • Conduct market research, analyze global trends, and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure efficient coordination of product delivery and customer service.
  • Lead and guide the sales team to achieve performance targets and business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in foreign trade or international sales; experience in the cleaning equipment or related industry is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong sense of responsibility, ability to work under pressure, and willingness to travel or adapt to flexible work schedules.
