A fast-growing F&B and lifestyle group building trusted brands across Indonesia and Southeast Asia. looking for a strategic, hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who can lead with clarity, discipline, and impact — ensuring every investment creates long-term value.
What You'll Do
Lead all finance functions: Accounting, FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis), Treasury, Tax, and Shared Services (AP/AR/Payroll).
Drive budgeting, cashflow, and financial control to support expansion and profitability.
Manage capital structure, funding, and investor relations.
Strengthen governance, compliance, and audit readiness.
Partner with CEO and Board on M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions) and growth strategy.
Who You Are
Minimum 12 years of progressive finance leadership, ideally from F&B, retail, or consumer sectors.
Strong command of PSAK (Indonesian Accounting Standards) and IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards).
Proven track record in fundraising, capital efficiency, and cross-functional leadership.
Strategic thinker with solid operational understanding and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) exposure.
Preferably ex–Big 4 or experience in PE/VC (Private Equity/Venture Capital)–backed environment.
