Job Description:

Position: Channel Development Planning Supervisor
Industry: E-Commerce

  • Take charge of expanding the brand's market presence and achieving annual product sales targets as per the company's plan.
  • Foster open lines of communication with customers, stay attuned to their needs and offer proactive, satisfactory, and attentive service.
  • Independently manage inquiries, price quotations, contract negotiations, and contract execution in alignment with company product offerings, pricing structures, and market strategies. Oversee and coordinate various company departments during contract execution.
  • Stay up-to-date with market pricing trends, regularly deliver market analysis and forecasting reports, and provide weekly personal reports to the company.
  • Gather insights from frontline sales and customer feedback, and contribute valuable suggestions for enhancing the company's sales strategy and post-sales services, among other areas.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of direct sales experience in the FMCG industry.
  • Background as a Management Trainee - Sales with exposure to channel development.
  • Proven success in developing and managing channel partners for increased market reach.
  • Demonstrated expertise in guiding both a specific area and a team.
