Job Description

·      Analyze existing data structures, APIs, and system architecture

·      Develop technical documentation for big data/data warehouse environments

·      Create data dictionaries, data quality documentation, and data mappings

·      Build architecture diagrams using Visio or Drawio

·      Understand and document ETL flows and data transformation processes

·      Review and map database schemas, table relationships, and data types

·      Collaborate with data and business teams to explain data flows and documentation needs

·      Ensure documentation stays updated, accurate, and easy to understand

Requirements

·      
2–3 years of experience
in data architecture, data analysis, data engineering, or similar

·      Experience creating big data/data warehouse documentation

·      Ability to analyze data structures, system architecture, and APIs into clear technical documentation

·      Familiar with data transformation concepts and ETL tools

·      Able to read table structures and understand data relationships

·      Experience creating data dictionaries and data quality documentation

·      Proficient in diagramming tools (Microsoft Visio or Drawio)

·      Strong communication skills, especially with non-technical stakeholders

·      
Must include a portfolio of past technical documentation
