Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The individual in this role will identify new business opportunities, develop and maintain strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. Key responsibilities include creating and executing business strategies, conducting market analysis, and delivering tailored solutions to clients. Additionally, the role requires collaboration with internal teams to meet sales targets and contribute toward business expansion.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management
  • Strong analytical skills for market research and strategy development
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Knowledge of financial markets, trading platforms (e.g., MetaTrader 5), or related industries is highly beneficial
  • Leadership, team collaboration skills, and the ability to drive business growth
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is required
  • Bilingual capability (Indonesian and English) is preferred
  • Willingness to work on-site in Jakarta, Indonesia
