Placement: Banjarmasin | Full-time Internship

We are looking for a proactive and passionate
HR Intern
to support end-to-end HR activities in our Banjarmasin office. This role offers hands-on experience across various HR responsibilities including recruitment, employee development, daily HR operations, and general administration.

You will work closely with the HR team and other departments to ensure smooth processes, accurate documentation, and a positive employee experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interview coordination, documentation).
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing documents and collecting required employee data.
  • Contribute to employee development activities such as coordinating training schedules, tracking attendance, and organizing supporting materials.
  • Handle daily HR operations including employee data updates, attendance checks, HR reporting, and maintaining digital/physical files.
  • Provide general administrative support such as preparing letters, processing requests, managing office documents, and liaising with vendors or internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in HR-related events, surveys, and other people initiatives.
  • Ensure all processes comply with HR standards and company policies.

Requirements:

  • University student
    minimum in semester 6
    or a fresh graduate majoring in
    Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Business Administration
    , or related fields.
  • Strong interest in HR and willingness to learn across multiple HR functions.
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
