Job Description:

Kami mencari E-Commerce Enabler / Performance Specialist yang ahli dalam mengoptimalkan penjualan di semua platform e-commerce.

Fokus utama posisi ini adalah meningkatkan performa iklan dan penjualan melalui strategi digital yang efektif, termasuk pengelolaan CPAS (Collaborative Performance Advertising Solution) di berbagai platform.

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Mengelola dan mengoptimalkan kampanye iklan di seluruh platform e-commerce (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Blibli, dll).
  • Menjalankan dan memaksimalkan performa CPAS (Collaborative Ads) — wajib memiliki pengalaman langsung.
  • Menganalisis performa iklan, trafik, dan penjualan untuk memastikan efisiensi dan peningkatan ROI.
  • Menyusun strategi promosi, campaign, dan bundling bersama tim marketing & sales untuk mendorong penjualan.
  • Mengelola anggaran iklan dan memastikan efektivitas penggunaan budget.
  • Melakukan riset pasar, kompetitor, dan tren konsumen untuk menemukan peluang pertumbuhan baru.
  • Membuat laporan performa berkala serta insight dan rekomendasi peningkatan strategi.

Requirements:

  • Minimal pendidikan S1 (Marketing, Business, Communication, atau bidang terkait).
  • Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di bidang e-commerce performance marketing / digital advertising untuk e-commerce.
  • Wajib memiliki pengalaman menjalankan dan mengoptimalkan CPAS (Collaborative Ads).
  • Menguasai sistem iklan di Shopee Ads, Tokopedia Ads, Lazada Sponsored Discovery, dan TikTok Shop Ads.
  • Memahami konsep funnel konversi, ROAS, AOV, dan optimasi biaya iklan.
  • Terbiasa menggunakan tools analisis seperti Google Analytics, Data Studio, atau dashboard e-commerce.
  • Kreatif, analitis, dan sangat berorientasi pada hasil (sales-driven mindset).
  • Mampu bekerja secara mandiri dan berkolaborasi lintas tim.
