Histoire Naturelle (HN) is a professional skincare line from Korea with nearly three decades of expertise in skin spa operations and over a million skin concerns addressed. First launched in Indonesia in 2020, HN's Hydra Sooth Cleansing Water quickly became the highest-rated product in its category. Building on this success, HN is expanding its reach internationally — starting with the U.S. market.
We are a small, agile team working in a fast-paced, start-up environment. We're looking for an ambitious and independent individual passionate about skincare, social media, and global influencer marketing to join us as we grow Histoire Naturelle's presence in the United States through KOL and KOC seeding and TikTok affiliate collaborations.
Key ResponsibilitiesKOL/KOC Identification & Outreach
Research and identify potential U.S.-based KOLs and KOCs who align with the brand's identity, values, and target audience (skincare, beauty, lifestyle).
- Develop and maintain an organized database of KOLs/KOCs and TikTok creators.
- Conduct outreach via email, TikTok, Instagram, and influencer platforms.
Affiliate Program & Seeding Management
Manage TikTok Affiliate collaborations (creator onboarding, product seeding, tracking performance).
- Coordinate product seeding campaigns to generate organic content and reviews.
- Monitor affiliate campaign performance, ensuring high ROI and engagement quality.
Relationship Building
Build and nurture long-term relationships with U.S.-based KOLs/KOCs and affiliate partners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for creator inquiries, product information, and collaboration opportunities.
Campaign Execution
Plan and execute influencer marketing and seeding campaigns tailored for the U.S. market.
- Work with creators to produce authentic and brand-aligned content.
- Ensure campaigns comply with brand guidelines and relevant advertising standards.
Performance & Reporting
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, ROI, and content quality.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement in outreach and content strategy.
- Stay up to date with U.S. influencer marketing trends, TikTok algorithm updates, and competitor activities.
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) — ability to communicate effectively with U.S.-based creators.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate management, or KOL/KOC operations, preferably in the skincare or beauty industry that involve US based creators.
- Familiar with TikTok Affiliate programs and creator seeding strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Analytical mindset; able to interpret data and campaign results to guide future decisions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and social media analytics tools (TikTok Creator Center, Afflytics, etc.).
