In Operations, you'll help make Blibli's people processes run smoothly and reliably — ensuring every employee experience reflects excellence and care. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy keep our operations efficient, our data dependable, and our people supported to do their best work every day.

As a Senior Training & Development Officer in our Blibli Academy, you will directly champion the growth of our people. By designing and delivering impactful learning programs, you will empower every Bliblioneer to reach their full potential, building the capabilities that drive our company's transformation. Your work is central to fostering a culture of continuous learning and development for our teams.

What We'll Work On Together

  • Partner with teams across Blibli to analyze development needs and identify opportunities to help our people grow.
  • Design, develop, and manage data-driven learning programs that empower our teams with new skills and knowledge.
  • Create and facilitate an engaging and supportive learning experience for all program participants.
  • Collaborate on targeted development programs for high-potential employees to accelerate their growth and build our future leaders.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of our learning programs to ensure they deliver a real and positive impact on our people's capabilities and careers.
  • Serve as a key partner in our Blibli Academy, helping to build and maintain a rich library of resources that supports employee growth.

Qualification

  • A Bachelor's degree (S1) in Psychology, Management, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in learning & development, with a passion for connecting with and developing people.
  • Proven ability to design and facilitate engaging learning programs that inspire adult learners.
  • Strong understanding of learning evaluation methods and competency models to measure impact on employee development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building relationships and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive and empathetic mindset with a genuine passion for helping people and our organization grow together.
