About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join PT Bersaudara Inti Corpora as a Supply Chain. In this full-time role based in West Jakarta, you will play a key part in optimizing the company's supply chain operations and ensuring the efficient flow of goods and materials. With a focus on purchasing, procurement and inventory management, you will contribute to the strategic objectives of this leading manufacturing and logistics organization.

What you'll be doing

  1. Input material requests, purchase orders and purchase receipts
  2. Extract reports required for stock analysis
  3. Check and confirm documents provided by supplier local and import, relating to purchase order
  4. Handle the process of purchasing goods from import suppliers
  5. Skilled in negotiating with suppliers
  6. Communicate intensively with third parties and sales team to make sure delivery of goods are on track
  7. Coordinate with finance team for payment to suppliers
  8. Coordinate with warehouse team on goods arriving

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree (Undergraduate) in Supply Chain, Logistics, Management, Engineering, Business, or related fields
  2. 1–2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, inventory, or operational roles
  3. Good command of English, both written and spoken
  4. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  6. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  7. High level of attention to detail with good time management
  8. Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  9. Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment
  10. Creative mindset with a continuous improvement orientation
