We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Procurement and Supply Chain to manage our supply planning, vendor relationship, and inventory operations. This role is critical to ensuring timely product availability, cost efficiency, and smooth supply chain execution in our fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement & Vendor Management

  • Source, evaluate, and manage relationships with suppliers and contract manufacturers.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery timelines to ensure cost-effectiveness and service reliability.
  • Monitor supplier performance and compliance with quality and delivery standards.
  • Work closely with vendors to resolve any supply or quality issues.

Supply Planning

  • Develop and maintain rolling supply plans aligned with demand forecasts and production schedules.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure demand and supply alignment.
  • Identify and mitigate potential supply risks to avoid stock-outs or excess inventory.

Inventory Management

  • Monitor and manage inventory levels across SKUs and warehouse locations.
  • Implement controls to optimize inventory turnover and minimize holding costs.
  • Conduct regular inventory reviews and coordinate physical stock counts.

Process Improvement & Reporting

  • Analyze supply chain data to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop KPIs and dashboards to track procurement performance, supplier metrics, and stock health.
  • Support implementation of best practices and systems related to supply chain and procurement operations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a procurement/supply chain role in a small to medium FMCG company, preferably in personal care or related sectors.

    Solid understanding of supply planning, inventory control, and vendor management.
  • Proficient in Excel and familiar with inventory management systems or ERP platforms.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience working with local and international vendors.
  • Knowledge of basic regulatory and quality standards in personal care or cosmetics.
  • Exposure to sustainability or ethical sourcing practices.
