Property Manager

About the Role:
- Oversee daily property operations for office buildings, including budgeting, reporting, lease administration, and vendor/service contract management.
- Monitor financial performance (billing, collections, cash flow, cost recovery, and variance analysis) ensuring smooth and accurate property accounting.
- Lead on-site teams, managing staffing, performance, and capability development to maintain high service standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate tenants, owners, and internal stakeholders, resolving issues promptly and ensuring tenant satisfaction.
- Supervise facilities operations, CAPEX/renovation works, inspections, and compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering, Property/Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in property management with strong exposure to office buildings or commercial towers.
- Proven leadership skills with experience overseeing teams, vendors, and service contractors.
- Strong understanding of building operations, lease/contract terms, financial reporting, and tenant management.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management systems; able to manage documentation and reporting with high accuracy.
